All repeat prescriptions are managed on computer and there is a record in each patient file.
You may request your prescription by ticking the items that you require on the re-order slip and either placing it in the designated prescription box in our waiting area or hand in to reception. If you do not have a re-order slip, this is no problem so please ask the receptionist to request the medication for you.
A telephone service is in place for all prescriptions and can be used by calling the practice on 553560 (option 2) between 09:00 and 15:00 Monday to Friday.
We now have the facility for you to order your prescription online. Follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration
Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
